Whitney Plaza mixes retail, office and residential uses into a sustainable, pedestrian environment, with ample convenient
parking to meet community needs, all within a downtown setting. The buildings in Whitney Plaza are designed to reflect
historic downtown Main Street and the historic railroad district.

As part of Whitney Benefits dedication to building our community,
the infrastructure of Whitney Plaza was completed just east of
downtown Sheridan on the historic parade grounds, between
Grinnell Avenue and Brundage Street in November 2008. This
previous industrial area is now a growing development that
combines retail, office, live / work, and residential uses, all within our
beautiful Sheridan downtown setting. Whitney Benefits extended the
trail system throughout the development, planted trees to provide
shade along the paths, and installed park benches and bicycle racks
to encourage pedestrian and bicycle travel.
